【利用規約】
本利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、NeoMaps（以下、「当サイト」）が提供する人材マッチングサービス（以下、「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用する前に、本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意の上でご利用ください。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本サービスを利用する全てのユーザー（求職者・求人企業を含むがこれに限られない）に適用されます。
第2条（定義）
1.「ユーザー」：本サービスを利用するすべての個人または法人
2.「求職者」：仕事を探している個人
3.「求人企業」：人材を募集している法人または個人事業主
4.「アカウント」：本サービスの利用のためにユーザーが登録するアカウント
第3条（利用登録）
1.本サービスを利用するには、所定の登録手続きを行い、当サイトが承認する必要があります。
2.登録申請者が以下のいずれかに該当する場合、登録を拒否することがあります。
•過去に規約違反などにより登録を取り消されたことがある場合
•虚偽の情報を提供した場合
•その他、当サイトが適切でないと判断した場合
第4条（アカウント管理）
1.ユーザーは、自己の責任においてアカウントを管理するものとし、第三者に譲渡、貸与してはなりません。
2.アカウントの不正使用によって生じた損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
第5条（サービスの提供）
1.当サイトは、求職者と求人企業のマッチングを目的とした情報提供を行います。
2.本サービスの利用は、必ずしも雇用契約の成立を保証するものではありません。
第6条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
1.虚偽の情報を登録する行為
2.他のユーザーになりすます行為
3.違法行為または公序良俗に反する行為
4.本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
5.第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
第7条（利用停止・登録抹消）
当サイトは、以下の場合に事前通知なしにユーザーのアカウントを停止または削除することができます。
1.本規約に違反した場合
2.虚偽の情報を提供した場合
3.その他、当サイトが適切でないと判断した場合
第8条（免責事項）
1.当サイトは、ユーザー同士のトラブルについて一切の責任を負いません。
2.本サービスの提供により生じた損害について、当サイトは賠償責任を負いません。
3.当サイトは、予告なく本サービスの内容を変更・停止する場合があります。
第9条（個人情報の取り扱い）
当サイトは、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に管理し、「プライバシーポリシー」に基づき取り扱います。
第10条（サービスの変更・終了）
1.当サイトは、事前通知なしにサービス内容を変更、または提供を終了する場合があります。
2.サービス変更や終了によって生じた損害について、当サイトは責任を負いません。
第11条（規約の変更）
1.当サイトは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。
2.規約変更後、ユーザーが本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
【Terms of Use】
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the job matching service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by NeoMaps (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all users of the Service (including but not limited to job seekers and recruiting companies).
Article 2 (Definitions)
1.“User”: Any individual or entity using the Service.
2.“Job Seeker”: An individual seeking employment.
3.“Recruiting Company”: A corporation or sole proprietor recruiting personnel.
4.“Account”: The account registered by a User to utilize the Service.
Article 3 (User Registration)
1.To use the Service, users must complete the designated registration process and obtain approval from the Site.
2.The Site may refuse registration in the following cases:
•If the applicant has previously had their registration revoked due to a violation of the Terms.
•If the applicant provides false information.
•If the Site deems the registration inappropriate for any other reason.
Article 4 (Account Management)
1.Users are responsible for managing their accounts and must not transfer or lend them to third parties.
2.The Site shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of a User’s account.
Article 5 (Provision of the Service)
1.The Site provides information to facilitate job matching between job seekers and recruiting companies.
2.The use of the Service does not guarantee the formation of an employment contract.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following actions:
1.Registering false information.
2.Impersonating other users.
3.Engaging in illegal or unethical activities.
4.Disrupting the operation of the Service.
5.Infringing on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Article 7 (Suspension or Termination of User Accounts)
The Site may suspend or delete a User’s account without prior notice in the following cases:
1.Violation of these Terms.
2.Provision of false information.
3.Any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Site.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1.The Site shall not be responsible for any disputes between users.
2.The Site shall not be liable for any damages arising from the provision of the Service.
3.The Site may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Site shall appropriately manage Users’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Modification or Termination of the Service)
1.The Site may modify or terminate the Service without prior notice.
2.The Site shall not be liable for any damages caused by the modification or termination of the Service.
Article 11 (Amendments to the Terms)
1.The Site may revise these Terms as necessary.
2.If a User continues to use the Service after the Terms have been revised, they shall be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
